• Maintaining time sheets and accurately inputting time and attendance data into the computer.
• Compute total time worked by employees, using calculator or computer, posts time worked to master timesheet, and routes timesheet to the payroll department.
• Recording the day-to-day attendance of all project employees using manual and biometrics time punching machines.
• Prepare time sheets on daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Get approval from the line managers and department section managers.
• Report all absentees on timely manner to the line manager, department manager, project manager and HR dept.
• Send the times sheets to the payroll department for payroll processing after obtaining all levels of checks and approvals.
• To administer and ensure the allocation of manpower in accordance with the approved manpower schedule.
• To administer employee and labour request including medical needs and ensure local authorities obligation are met in order to avoid penalties.
• To administer employee and labour relations issues at the project site level and escalate matters to HR Department as the need arises per procedures and clearance.
• To organize the provision of transport services for employees and coordinate with plant department in order to facilitate the on time mobilization and demobilization of project/site staff, engineer and labours.
• To coordinate and update weekly manpower requirement in order to submit accurate/approved and real time information to the HR & Administration Department for on time mobilization of resources.
• To assist the project directors on matters concerning camp accommodation, payroll, time sheet, issuance of gate pass, request/collection of NOC contract Document/Drawing and as may be directed by the Project Director/Manager.
• Provide induction on site the relevance of company policies and procedures.
• Receive and screens callers and Grievance Forms with complaints or problems and directs them to the appropriate party for disposition.
• Receives, classifies, files and archives documents and information as per established procedure.
• Prepare Correspondence letters and Monitor outgoing & incoming Documents.
