Requirements:


Previous experience as a receptionist and customer service representative is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in handling phone systems and basic office equipment

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous manner

Professional appearance and positive attitude
