JOB SUMMARY: Repairs and maintains elevators

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Investigates problems of an electric and mechanical nature related to the operation of elevators, determines their cause and makes the necessary repairs to resolve the problem;

2. Conducts preventive maintenance and inspections of elevators, on a daily basis to ensure their effective and efficient operation;

3. Performs and report the daily tests to management

4. Ability to write Reports on the condition status of the elevators components;
