Job Responsibilities
A structural steel Production Engineer & Foreman capable of handling a large work force.
Organize and assign work to crew for preparation, fit up, welding, and packing.
Read drawings drawings and prepare proper methodologies and develop jigs and fixtures for carrying out fabrication. Control productivity, labour cost and material as per norms given.
Maintain discipline and moral on shop floor.
At least 8 years experience o of a steel fabrication shop with CNC machinery. should have advanced ability to read fabrication drawings & structural steel.
