Job Responsibilities

We are in search of an experienced Hotel GENERAL MANAGER for one of our properties in Dubai.

This hotel is in need of re-positioning and a general upgrade in service and profitability. The General Manager will have formal training and experience in a major management company or a global brand. Must have a proven track record of managing a 4/5-star hotel with a significant number of outlets in the UAE. KPIs including food & beverage profitability, sales & marketing as well as service delivery are important.

The key goals of the General Manager are to maximize profitability and ensure guest and team member satisfaction in the hotel. Directly responsible for the success of rooms, housekeeping, front office, spa and food & beverage departments of the property including hiring, counseling and evaluation. Will be responsible for ensuring the hotel implementation and compliance of policies and procedures as well as brand standards and must ensure the protection of the owner's interests.
