Independent Sales Agent – Custom Merchandise (UAE)

Commission-Only Opportunity No Fixed Salary

About T3F Solutions

T3F Solutions supplies customized and branded merchandise to hotels, restaurants, cafés, corporate offices, and event management companies across the UAE. Our product range includes staff uniforms, mugs and drinkware, ornaments, promotional products, and a wide variety of customized corporate gifts.

We are looking for motivated, independent sales agents who can help us expand our customer base and generate business opportunities across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, corporate offices, and event management companies.

Connect with key decision-makers, such as General Managers, F&B Managers, Purchasing Managers, Marketing Managers, and HR professionals.

Understand clients’ current and upcoming requirements and introduce suitable customized merchandise solutions.

Generate leads, secure orders, and build long-term business relationships.

Develop repeat business by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Leverage your professional network and industry contacts to generate sales opportunities.

Commission Structure

10% commission on the profit earned from every order secured through your sales efforts.

Commission is payable after the customer has paid T3F Solutions in full.

Payments will be made by bank transfer after each qualifying order is paid in full.

Please note: This is a commission-only independent sales opportunity. No fixed salary, allowance, visa sponsorship, transportation, or other employment benefits are provided.

Ideal Candidate

Experience in sales, hospitality, uniforms, printing, promotional products, or corporate gifting is an advantage, but not essential.

Has an established professional network or is confident in contacting and visiting potential clients.

Possesses good communication and negotiation skills.

Speaks English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an added advantage.

Is self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

Has the ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers.
