📢 We are looking for a *Pitmaster* to join our *high end restaurant in Sulaymaniya, Riyadh*

💰 *Salary & Benefits:*

• *Salary:* Up to *10,000 - 14,000 SAR* (Final amount to be discussed in the interview).

🕒 *Duty Hours:* 8 hours + 1-hour break (Total: 9 hours).

🗓️*Weekly Day-Off:* 1 day per week.

📜 *Contract Terms:*

• *Direct Company Sponsorship Transfer* – Processed immediately.

• *Contract Duration:* 1 year to 2 years.

💇‍♀️ *Key Requirements:*

Leads all smokehouse and kitchen operations, specializing in pit management, fire and wood selection, low-and-slow cooking, meat preparation, and yield control. The role also oversees cooking cycles, food safety, team leadership, and cost management while remaining hands-on at the pit.
