* Explain product details, offers, and services clearly.
* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
* Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication.
* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
* Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

**Requirements:**

* Previous telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience is preferred.
* Excellent English communication and telephone skills.
* Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
* Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
* Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
* Professional, punctual, and responsible.
