Senior Infrastructure Project Manager – Underground Utilities
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
* SOE membership & UAE Equivalency required
* 15+ years of infrastructure construction experience
* Strong underground utilities experience
* Experience in stormwater, sewerage, potable water, irrigation, firefighting, electrical/telecom ducts and utility diversions
* Strong technical knowledge of trenching, shoring, dewatering, HDD, pipe jacking and micro tunneling
* Experience with traffic diversions, NOCs, authority approvals and stakeholder coordination
* Knowledge of IFC drawings, method statements, ITPs, QA/QC and HSE
* Strong planning, scheduling, cost control and progress monitoring experience
* FIDIC, variations and claims experience will be an advantage
* UAE authority/RTA requirements knowledge preferred
* Strong leadership and project management skills
Salary: AED 30,000–32,000
