Job Responsibilities

A Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily maintenance activities, coordinates technicians and workers, and ensures equipment, facilities, and systems are properly maintained and repaired.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
Assign tasks to maintenance technicians and helpers.
Inspect equipment, machinery, and building facilities.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
Identify faults and arrange timely repairs.
Monitor maintenance work to ensure quality and safety standards.
Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers when required.
Ensure proper use and storage of tools and maintenance materials.
Follow health, safety, and company procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience in maintenance or facilities operations.
Supervisory experience is preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or general building maintenance.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to supervise a team and manage daily tasks.
Responsible, organized, and safety-conscious.
Relevant technical qualification is an advantage.
