Job Responsibilities

A reputable healthcare facility is hiring a caring and responsible Nurse Assistant to support nurses and medical staff in providing quality patient care. The ideal candidate should be compassionate, attentive, and able to work effectively in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
Assist nurses and medical staff with daily patient care activities.
Help patients with basic personal hygiene and daily needs.
Monitor and report changes in patients’ condition to the nursing staff.
Assist with patient mobility, positioning, and transfers.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient areas.
Prepare and organize basic medical supplies and equipment.
Assist nurses during routine procedures as instructed.
Record and report relevant patient information accurately.
Follow infection-control and healthcare safety procedures.
Provide comfort and support to patients and their families.
Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
Follow instructions from nurses and healthcare supervisors.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Nurse Assistant or Healthcare Assistant is preferred.
Relevant healthcare qualification or certification is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of patient care and hygiene procedures.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Caring, patient, and responsible attitude.
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
UAE healthcare experience is an advantage.
