We are looking for a Filipino Female to join our team as a Cashier & Customer Service Representative at a retail shop in Bahrain.

Job Responsibilities:

* Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products.
* Handle cash, card payments and sales transactions.
* Operate the POS system and cashier.
* Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
* Provide excellent customer service and build good relationships with customers.
* Arrange and organize products and maintain the shop’s appearance.
* Assist with general day-to-day shop duties.

Requirements:

* Filipino Female
* Currently residing in Bahrain – Local Hire Only
* Previous experience in cashier, sales or customer service is preferred.
* Good English communication skills.
* Friendly, polite and presentable.
* Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
* Basic computer and POS knowledge.
* Responsible, honest and reliable.
* Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
