Job Responsibilities

A reputable company is looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, creative thinking, and proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead and manage the marketing team and assign responsibilities effectively.
Plan and oversee digital, social media, content, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
Develop strategies to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for senior management.
Coordinate with sales, business development, and other departments.
Build and maintain relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and external vendors.
Identify new marketing opportunities and recommend strategies to increase customer engagement and revenue.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in a senior marketing or marketing management role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, advertising, and market research.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Experience managing marketing budgets and teams.
Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms.
UAE experience is an advantage.
