We are looking for an *experienced and motivated Sales Executive – Technical & B2B* to develop new business opportunities and increase sales in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain B2B customers across *Construction, Food Processing, Bakery, Steel, Petrochemical, Manufacturing and General Trading* sectors.
* Identify and approach new customers, contractors, factories and industrial companies.
* Meet *Engineering, Maintenance and Procurement* teams and present technical products and solutions.
* Understand customer requirements and prepare/coordinate *RFQs, quotations and commercial offers*.
* Follow up on enquiries, negotiate with customers and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new accounts.
* Coordinate with the *Procurement, Technical and Operations teams* to ensure smooth order execution.
* Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular sales reports.

Requirements

* Diploma/Degree in *Engineering, Business, Sales or a related field*.
* Minimum *2–3 years of experience in B2B / Technical Sales*, preferably in Bahrain.
* Experience in *industrial, construction or technical products* will be an advantage.
* Good understanding of *RFQs, quotations, negotiations and order closing*.
* Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
* Ability to develop new customers and generate business independently.
* *Valid Bahrain Driving Licence* preferred.
* Candidates with an existing network among contractors, factories, industrial companies and procurement teams will have an added advantage.
