Job Responsibilities

A hospitality business is inviting applications for friendly and customer-focused Waiters / Waitresses to provide excellent dining service and ensure a pleasant experience for guests. Responsibilities
Welcome guests and assist them with seating.
Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Check on guests to ensure satisfaction.
Clear and reset tables efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
Handle customer requests and coordinate with the restaurant team.
Follow food safety and service standards.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress is an advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Friendly, polite, and positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
Good teamwork and time-management skills.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene is an advantage.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
