Required IT Support Engineer / Server Management

Job Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in IT Support and Server Management.
Good knowledge of Windows Server and Linux Server administration.
Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and File Server management.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, and email troubleshooting.
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V) is preferred.
Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewall).
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and network issues.
Experience in server backup, recovery, and system monitoring.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Transferable Iqama (if required).
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain servers and IT infrastructure.
Provide technical support to end users.
Monitor server performance and system security.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups.
Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues.
Ensure system uptime and perform regular maintenance.
