Job Responsibilities

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, preferably within construction or project-based companies.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline).

Proven experience in sourcing construction materials, equipment, and dealing with local and international suppliers.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.

Good knowledge of procurement procedures, contracts, and supply chain management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (such as Odoo) is preferred.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute procurement activities in accordance with project requirements and schedules.

Source and evaluate new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors.

Obtain, analyze, and negotiate quotations to achieve the best commercial terms.

Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries until successful completion.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely availability of materials and services.

Prepare procurement reports and monitor purchasing budgets.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
