Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: MEP Supervisor
Supervise daily MEP maintenance operations (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing)
Ensure proper preventive & corrective maintenance of all MEP systems
Monitor and manage HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, pumps, and electrical panels
Coordinate with technicians and subcontractors for smooth FM operations
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Attend and resolve breakdown complaints within SLA timelines
Maintain reports, logs, and documentation for all MEP activities
Support in energy management and cost optimization
🔹 Required Skills:
Qualifications:
Diploma / bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
Additional certifications in HVAC / MEP / FM will be an advantage
Strong knowledge of MEP systems in FM environment
Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Basic knowledge of health & safety regulations
Good communication and problem-solving skills
🔹 Requirements: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in MEP maintenance or facility management.
🔹 Immediate joiners only (within 1–2 days after selection)
🔹 Fluent in English
🔹 Location: Jeddah
🔹 Must have a transferable Iqama
⏰ Working Hours
Working hours: 9 hours/day
Weekly off: 1 day
