Qualification and Key responsibility,

Academic Qualification and Required Experience

Must-to-Have: Bachelor’s degree in engineering – CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, Mech, Civil, or related field

Relevant years of Experience: 5 – 8 Years

Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure of office area as well as LAB

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues along with providing IT support to team

• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices and make LAB arrangements ready inline with

system architectures for respective projects

• Maintain documentation of network architecture and configurations

• Conduct site visits to verify system architecture and network layouts

• Inspect and configure PLC/SCADA automation networks as well as supervise Vendor IT team works & validate the

configurations

• Perform diagnostics and resolve connectivity issues in industrial environments

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and safety standards.

• Provide technical support and training to site personnel

• Plan and implement network security measures, including firewalls, Switches, Routers, intrusion detection

systems (IDS), and access control policies

• Manage and maintain VPNs and secure remote access for field teams and remote sites

• Collaborate with automation engineers to integrate IT and OT networks.

• Support the deployment and maintenance of SCADA servers, HMIs, and PLC communication networks

• Troubleshoot communication issues between field devices and control systems

• Assist in commissioning and testing new automation systems and network components

• Generate regular reports on network performance, uptime, and incident response

• Maintain logs of network changes, incidents, and maintenance activities

• Participate in planning and execution of network-related projects at new or existing sites.

• Coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors for hardware installation and support.

• Review and validate network designs and documentation provided by external partners.
