Required Planning Engineer - High-Rise Towers

Job Responsibilities
Position Name: Planning Engineer
Reports To Planning Manager
Location: Riyadh Region
Salary: SAR 15,000 Per month
Minimum Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience; towers experience required (may be gained anywhere within KSA)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain the project master schedule (baseline and updates) using scheduling software such as Primavera P6.
• Monitor actual progress against the planned schedule, identify delays, and highlight critical-path activities.
• Prepare progress reports, S-curves, and manpower/productivity histograms for management and client reporting.
• Coordinate with all disciplines (civil, MEP, architectural) to gather progress data and update schedules.
• Support preparation of recovery plans and schedule risk analysis.
• Assist in evaluating the time impact of variations and change orders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors' planning teams to integrate schedules into the master program.
