Schedule Creation: Build baseline programs using the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and software like Primavera P6.
Progress Monitoring: Track daily and weekly site activities to compare actual progress against the master plan.
Resource Management: Forecast and allocate labor, equipment, and material requirements.
Report Writing: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, S-curves, and look-ahead schedules for stakeholders.
Risk and Delay Analysis: Identify potential bottlenecks, evaluate critical path impacts.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.Experience: 2 to 5+ years of hands-on planning and scheduling experience in the construction sector.
Software Proficiency: Strong expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.Core Competencies: Deep understanding of construction methodologies, contract workflows, and cost control.
