Job Opening: Remote Sales & Marketing Manager (Commission-Based)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our growing clothing brand.

About the Role

Our clothing brand generates all of its sales through TikTok and Instagram, and we’re looking for someone who can help us grow our online presence and increase sales through effective digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

* Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.

* Plan, launch, and optimize TikTok Ads and Instagram Ads campaigns.

* Manage advertising budgets and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

* Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

* Increase online sales through data-driven marketing strategies.

* Collaborate on content ideas and marketing campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.

* Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and advertising best practices.

Requirements

* Proven experience managing TikTok Ads and Instagram (Meta) Ads.

* Strong understanding of paid social media advertising, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.

* Experience driving sales for e-commerce or fashion brands is preferred.

* Ability to analyze campaign performance and improve results.

* Self-motivated, creative, and goal-oriented.

* Excellent communication and time management skills.
