3D Designer & Visualizer (Full-Time)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3D Designer & Visualizer to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will transform architectural concepts into high-end, photo-realistic 3D renderings and immersive visualizations. The ideal candidate has a strong background and possesses the technical expertise to bridge the gap between technical drawings and stunning visual presentations.


Key Responsibilities

Create Visuals: Produce high-quality 3D photo-realistic renderings, animations, and walkthroughs for architectural projects.

Model Projects: Develop detailed 3D models from 2D CAD drawings, Revit files, and hand sketches.

Collaborate Daily: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure design intent is accurately captured.

Manage Assets: Maintain, organize, and update a comprehensive library of 3D assets, textures, materials, and render presets.

Review Models: Utilize BIM tools to coordinate models, check for spatial clashes, and ensure design consistency.


Minimum Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in 3D visualization and architectural design.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a strictly related field.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, KSA for a full-time, on-site role.


Technical Skills Required

Autodesk 3ds Max: Expert-level modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering (V-Ray or Corona).

Autodesk Revit: Strong proficiency in architectural modeling and BIM workflows.

Autodesk Navisworks: Practical knowledge for model coordination and clash detection.

AutoCAD: Solid command of 2D drafting, layout management, and data extraction.

SketchUp: Fast, efficient schematic modeling and massing studies.
