Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our primary education team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment for young learners in KG1 and KG2. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of early childhood development, excellent classroom management skills, and a creative approach to early education.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, play-based lessons aligned with early childhood curriculum standards.
Foster foundational literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional skills in KG1 and KG2 students.
Create a safe, clean, and vibrant classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and updates to parents.
Implement positive classroom management strategies to support diverse learning needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
Proven experience teaching KG1, KG2, or early primary levels.
Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Strong patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
Ability to work collaboratively with parents, staff, and school leadership.
