Senior Quantity Surveyor (Tendering)
Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in tendering? A leading **contracting company in Bahrain is looking for a skilled professional to join our dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and bills of quantities for tender submissions.
- Analyze contract documents and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project budgets.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source competitive pricing.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate favorable terms.
- Assist in contract administration and risk assessment for tenders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 8 years of experience in quantity surveying and tendering within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local regulations in Bahrain.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
