POSITION: BUSINESS ANALYST
Location: Doha, Qatar
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to
support the development, negotiation, evaluation, and monitoring of Joint
Venture (JV) opportunities and agreements within the shipping and
maritime sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying
business opportunities, conducting financial and commercial analysis,
coordinating with stakeholders, and preparing management reports to
support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the negotiation, structuring, and execution of JV agreements.
• Conduct financial modeling, feasibility studies, and investment analysis.
• Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Qualifications & Experience
• CFA or MBA (Major in Finance) qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, corporate finance
and JV project development.
• Prior experience in the shipping, maritime industries will be highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
