Job Detail

Minimum Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation, Control & Automation (ICA) Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of total professional experience in a maintenance environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the maintenance of wastewater treatment plants.
• Proven experience supervising maintenance teams within wastewater, water, or utility operations.
• Experience working under commercial O&M contracts is preferred.
• Experience managing and coordinating multinational workforces.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices and maintenance planning systems.
• Fluent in English.
