Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 7–12 years experience in oil & gas construction projects.

• At least 3–5 years in a supervisory role on ARAMCO or similar projects.

Must be familiar with:

• Saudi Aramco standards (SAES, SAMSS, SAEP)

• IEC / NEC standards

• Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of oil & gas electrical systems and hazardous areas.

• Ability to read IFC drawings, single line diagrams, and layouts.

• Leadership and team management skills in a multicultural workforce.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.

• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

• Familiarity with project software and reporting tools.
