Key Responsibilities
Tendering: Prepare and manage comprehensive pre- and post-tender documentation.
Cost Management: Conduct precise cost estimation, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
Contract Administration: Handle contract administration, variations, and valuations.
Financial Control: Monitor ongoing project costs to ensure maximum financial efficiency.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in the construction and maintenance sector.
Expertise: Strong, demonstrable knowledge of tendering and contract administration processes.
Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Attributes: Ability to thrive under pressure, manage priorities, and meet tight project deadlines.
