Required Electrical Technician, Only available in KSA with valid Transferable iqama and immediately availabe.
Responsibilities:
1. Installation and Maintenance:
o Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
o Ensure that electrical systems are in compliance with local and national electrical codes.
o Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, to identify issues and troubleshoot electrical problems.
2. Wiring and Connection:
o Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical wiring and equipment.
o Install wiring systems, conduit, and other electrical components.
o Connect wiring to circuit breakers, transformers, outlets, or other components.
3. Testing and Inspection:
o Use testing devices to identify electrical problems and ensure components are working correctly.
o Perform routine inspections of electrical systems to identify and address potential hazards or malfunctions.
4. Safety Compliance:
o Adhere to safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
o Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures when working with electricity.
5. Troubleshooting:
o Diagnose and repair electrical problems by identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions.
o Respond to emergency calls to address electrical issues promptly.
6. Upgrading and Retrofitting:
o Upgrade electrical systems to meet current regulations or accommodate increased power needs.
o Retrofit older systems to improve efficiency and safety.
7. Customer Interaction:
o Communicate with clients to understand their electrical needs and explain the proposed solutions.
o Provide cost estimates for projects and discuss timelines with clients.
8. Collaboration:
o Work collaboratively with other construction professionals, such as architects and contractors, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into building projects.
9. Documentation:
o Maintain accurate records of work performed, including diagrams, specifications, and other documentation.
o Complete job orders and paperwork in a timely manner.
10. Continuous Learning:
o Stay informed about industry trends, advancements in electrical technology, and changes in electrical codes.
o Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program or a relevant vocational training program.
3. State or local electrical licensing as required.
4. Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
5. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
6. Physical fitness and the ability to work in various environments and conditions.
7. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
8. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
