Job Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Showroom Supervisor to oversee daily showroom operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support sales performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and retail/showroom experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily showroom activities and staff performance
• Ensure high standards of customer service and presentation
• Monitor sales activities and support achievement of targets
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Manage stock display, arrangement, and inventory coordination
