Job Opening: Technical Support Engineer (Remote)
Industry: Construction Chemicals / Protective Coatings / Waterproofing
Location: Remote (Supporting Projects Across KSA)

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide remote technical support for construction chemical systems, including waterproofing, protective coatings, and industrial flooring. The role focuses on technical submissions, consultant approvals, and coordination with site and sales teams across KSA.

Key Responsibilities
Provide remote technical support for:
- Waterproofing systems
- Protective coatings
- Industrial flooring
- Repair mortars and sealants
Review project specifications, BOQs, drawings, and consultant requirements to recommend compliant systems
Prepare and manage technical documentation, including:
- TDS, SDS
- Method Statements
- ITPs
- MAR, RFIs
- Technical submittals and compliance sheets
Support consultant approvals and ensure compliance with project specifications
Coordinate with site teams to guide:
- Surface preparation
- Application procedures
- DFT/WFT requirements
- Curing methods and troubleshooting
Work closely with the sales team to support product approvals and project submissions

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical / Civil / Materials Engineering or Chemistry
1–2 years experience in construction chemicals, waterproofing, coatings, or flooring systems
Strong knowledge of:
- Technical submittals and specifications
- QA/QC documentation
- Coating systems and standards
- Familiarity with ASTM / BS EN / ISO standards
Experience supporting consultant approvals in KSA/GCC is preferred
Strong technical writing, communication, and coordination skills
