Subcontractor Requirement –
Project Location: Qiddiya, Riyadh

We are looking for a qualified and experienced subcontractor for Chilled Water Pipe Installation Works for our ongoing project in Qiddiya.

Scope of Work:

Installation of chilled water piping (after heat exchanger)
Complete installation including all valves and fittings, such as:
unions, connectors, flanges, bends, tees, junctions, reducers, test points, bosses, sockets, tappings, etc.
Supply and installation of pipe supports and accessories as per project specifications

Pipe Sizes:

20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm
65mm, 80mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm

Requirements:

Proven experience in chilled water / HVAC piping works
Skilled manpower and supervision team
Document for ID: Valid iqama copy, muqeem/ Absher, GOSI
Ability to meet project schedule and quality standards
