Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies

Issue materials and tools as per approved requests

Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or system-based)

Organize and store items properly to prevent damage or loss

Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies

Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits

Ensure proper labeling and identification of all items

Coordinate with procurement and site teams for material requirements

Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store area

Prepare reports on stock movement and inventory status

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of inventory and storekeeping procedures

Good organizational and record-keeping skills

Ability to use basic computer systems (Excel or inventory software)

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to handle materials and perform physical tasks

Good communication and teamwork skills
