We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Admin Executive to support our Human Resources and administrative operations in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will handle HR & Administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in payroll coordination, including data preparation and verification
- Manage leave records, attendance tracking, and employee files
- Prepare HR-related documents and correspondence
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Provide support for day-to-day HR and general administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–4 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be proficient in LMRA and Bahrain Labour Law rules & regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
