Job Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are looking for an Execution Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in solar PV and BESS projects, with a strong background in project planning and execution. The candidate must have hands-on experience in planning and delivering at least one ground-mounted solar PV project of 10 MW or above.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support execution of solar PV and BESS projects from mobilization to commissioning

Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project

Track project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely delivery

Prepare and update lookahead plans, progress reports, and dashboards

Monitor resource allocation and site activities

Support project controls including cost tracking and schedule alignment

Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements

Participate in client meetings and provide execution updates

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

5–7 years of experience in execution and planning of solar PV projects

Proven experience in at least one ground-mounted solar PV project ≥10 MW

Strong experience in project planning (Primavera P6 / MS Project)

Good understanding of EPC execution, site activities, and project lifecycle

Experience with BESS projects is a strong advantage

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

Experience in KSA or Middle East projects

Familiarity with reporting systems and project dashboards

PMP or planning-related certifications (added advantage)
