Position: Farm Manager
Location: Riyadh

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage overall farm operations, including tree and shrub production and/or livestock management.
• Plan and supervise planting, harvesting, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control activities.
• Manage landscaping and gardening operations within the farm.
• Supervise greenhouse activities and ensure optimal productivity.
• Monitor farm performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and output.
• Manage farm workers and supervisors, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure proper maintenance of farm equipment, machinery, and infrastructure.
• Control budgets, expenses, and procurement of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and safety requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Farm Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of modern farming techniques and agricultural best practices.
• Experience managing farm labor and supervising teams.
• Ability to manage budgets and control operational costs.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and farm technologies.
• Ability to work in rural areas and handle operational challenges independently.
