Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels

Manage social media platforms and create engaging content

Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution

Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities

Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools

Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and campaigns

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

2–3 years of proven experience in marketing

Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Creative thinking with attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or CRM platforms

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
