Key Responsibilities
Perform routine hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for servers, storage, and network equipment.
Monitor data centre environmental conditions, including power, cooling, and physical security systems.
Assist with racking, stacking, cabling, and patching equipment according to standards.
Support incident response by investigating alerts, escalating issues, and documenting actions.
Maintain accurate asset records, inventory, and change logs.
Follow health, safety, and security protocols to ensure a compliant and safe working environment.
Collaborate with senior engineers to support upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects.
Provide basic remote‑hands support for internal teams and external partners.
Skills/Qualifications
