Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to supervise and manage joinery and woodwork installation works at project sites.
IMPORTANT:
Experience in joinery and woodwork installation is mandatory. Applications without relevant experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise joinery installation works including cabinets, wardrobes, doors, wall panels, kitchens, and custom furniture.
Manage and guide the site installation team to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and workshop teams regarding site requirements.
Ensure installation follows approved shop drawings and project specifications.
Monitor site progress and report daily work updates.
Identify and resolve installation issues at the site.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Site Foreman in joinery and woodwork.
Strong knowledge of joinery installation methods and materials.
Ability to read and understand shop drawings and technical details.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under project deadlines and site conditions.
Good knowledge of site coordination and reporting
