Blue-Collar Operations Manager (Dubai-based)


Are you an expert in managing large-scale blue-collar workforce operations for major logistics projects? We are looking for a seasoned Logistics Workforce Manager​ to oversee end-to-end blue-collar operations in Dubai for several world-renowned e-commerce and logistics companies.




This is a pivotal role that involves full-cycle management​ of a significant workforce—ensuring seamless coordination, productivity, and welfare across multiple high-volume logistics projects.




???? Key Responsibilities:


-Manage the full lifecycle of blue-collar workforce operations—including mass recruitment, onboarding, housing, transport, and daily welfare​ for large teams.


-Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring SLAs are consistently met or exceeded.


-Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.


-Coordinate staffing forecasts and implement efficient workforce planning with clients.


-Lead, mentor, and motivate on-site teams to maintain high performance and morale.


-Oversee logistical support for employee accommodations, meals, and transportation.


???? Qualifications:


-5+ years of experience in blue-collar workforce management, preferably within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain in the UAE.


Proven experience managing large teams (100+ workers)​ and familiarity with bulk hiring practices.


-Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulatory compliance.


-Fluent in English (mandatory). Chinese or Arabic is a strong plus.


-Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.


-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
