Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
o Expertly install copper refrigerant lines, including the precise positioning of branch selectors.
o Perform brazing.
o Conduct high-pressure leak testing using nitrogen (typically up to 550 PSI for 24 hours).
o Install thermal insulation on all liquid and suction lines to prevent condensation and energy loss.
• Qualifications:
o Proven experience in high-pressure copper piping and brazing.
o Proficient in using tube benders, flaring tools, and torque wrenches for flare connections.
o Physical stamina for working at heights and in confined spaces.
