Job Detail

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman with strong expertise in marble instlation floor levlening and finishing to oversee ongoing construction projects in Bahrain. Candidate can also build and lead a team for new projects.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise marble installation and finishing works on site
Read and interpret construction drawings, maps, and shop drawings
Build, train and lead a skilled on-site team for new projects
Ensure workmanship meets quality standards and project specifications
Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries and daily schedules
Enforce site safety
Report progress to project manager and resolve on-site issues

Requirements

Proven experience in marble facing/finishing and site supervision
Ability to read drawings, plans and construction details
Demonstrated team-building and leadership skills
Knowledge of finishing techniques, tools and quality control
Good communication skills; punctual and reliable
Valid driving license preferred; Bahraini work visa or transferable visa preferred
