Job Responsibilities

A company in Bahrain is seeking a reliable Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day business activities and ensure smooth workflow between departments.


Key Duties:

• Organize and monitor daily operations

• Prepare and update operational records and reports

• Coordinate with staff, clients, and external service providers

• Follow up on pending tasks and documentation

• Assist management with administrative and scheduling matters


Qualifications:

• Previous experience in operations or administration (2+ years preferred)

• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and email handling

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Professional communication skills
