Minimum experience
1+ years of experience as a Cook in a high-volume kitchen
Duties and responsibilities
• Prepare and cook food to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Work efficiently and effectively to meet kitchen deadlines and demands
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of food preparation, storage, and disposal.
Minimum qualifications
• Background in five-star hotels, particularly in commerce or central kitchens
• Experience in heavy-duty central kitchens or coffee shops
• Familiarity with high-volume food preparation and presentation
• Knowledge of international cuisine and cooking techniques

• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and demands in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects, and stand for long periods
