Key Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in building construction projects
Mandatory GCC experience
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and quantity take-off
Familiarity with contract administration and site measurement
Proficiency in MS Office and QS-related software
Good analytical and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in quantity take-off and preparation of BOQs
Monitor project costs and variations
Prepare interim payment applications and valuations
Coordinate with site engineers and procurement team
Review subcontractor invoices and measurements
Maintain proper documentation of cost records
