Job Responsibilities

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated System Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting IT systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain servers, networks, and system infrastructure

Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and scalability

Manage Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and backup systems

Troubleshoot system and network issues and provide timely solutions

Implement security best practices and system updates

Collaborate with internal teams to support business and operational needs

Document system configurations, procedures, and changes

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Proven experience as a System Engineer or similar role

Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments

Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar)

Understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, and security

Problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certifications (MCSE, CCNA, RHCE, etc.)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)

Experience in backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring tools
