Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a skilled Architect with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the interior fit-out and joinery industry. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD, with a strong understanding of both architectural and interior drafting. Knowledge of SketchUp modeling and basic rendering is required.
The candidate must be able to conduct site surveys and prepare accurate as-built drawings. A solid understanding of material specifications and their implementation on site is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
? Prepare detailed and accurate architectural and interior drawings based on design concepts and site conditions.
? Conduct site surveys and prepare precise as-built drawings.
? Convert conceptual sketches into working drawings for execution.
? Prepare shop drawings for joinery, glass, and aluminium works in line with project requirements.
? Coordinate with designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure drawings meet project intent.
? Create 3D models and basic renders in SketchUp for client presentations and design approvals.
? Revise drawings to reflect changes from site or client feedback.
? Interpret and incorporate material specifications into working drawings.
Requirements:
? Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the interior fit-out and joinery industry.
? Proficient in AutoCAD; working knowledge of SketchUp and rendering tools.
? Strong grasp of interior detailing, materials, and finishes.
? Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
? Experience in preparing as-built drawings and conducting site surveys.
? Understanding of material specifications and on-site application.
? High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to manage deadlines.
