Job Responsibilities

Primary Duties

Perform installation, servicing, and repair works for electrical systems including wiring, lighting fixtures, switches, sockets, and related accessories.
Diagnose electrical malfunctions and carry out effective fault-finding to return systems to safe and dependable operation.
Install, inspect, and maintain plumbing components such as piping systems, valves, water heaters, sanitary fittings, and drainage lines.
Rectify plumbing defects and ensure proper water flow, pressure control, and efficient drainage functionality.
Execute all electrical and plumbing activities in accordance with applicable safety standards, statutory regulations, and building codes.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls involving electrical or plumbing system failures.
Ensure proper use, storage, and upkeep of tools, equipment, and maintenance materials.
Coordinate with other technicians and team members to complete assigned maintenance tasks within agreed schedules.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical and plumbing installations to sustain operational reliability.
Qualifications and Skills

Secondary school certificate or equivalent; vocational or trade certification in electrical or plumbing works is an advantage.
Proven hands-on experience in dual electrical and plumbing maintenance roles within construction, facilities, or maintenance environments.
Sound knowledge of electrical and plumbing safety practices, codes, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment manuals.
Strong fault-diagnosis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively as part of a team.
