Job Responsibilities

Assisting technicians in Investigating problems and to perform repairs on various mechanical and electrical equipment in

heating, cooling and ventilation systems as per the Service Level Agreement

- Assisting technicians in performing preventative maintenance on various mechanical and electrical equipment in heating

and cooling systems including roll shutter doors of pharmacies and clinics.

- Implement SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for Electrical and Mechanical during the time of work's execution

- Responds to emergency situations during and after working hours or even off days and holidays for the purpose of assisting

technicians in resolving immediate safety concerns.

- Maintain regular communication with technicians, Foreman and immediate supervisor for the implementation and execution

of works to enhance the daily task accomplishment.

- Implement JSA / JSP (Job Safety Analysis & Practice) during implementation and execution of works.

- Maintains equipment, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and tools for the purpose of ensuring availability in a safe

operating condition.

- Implement accordingly all internal processes and procedures of departments as well as the Company's policies

- Follow instructions as assign by immediate supervisor or line manager related to direct responsibilities (Maintenance & Projects) of Department

· Working Days : 6 Working Days

· Days off : 1 Day Off

· Working Hours : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1 hour break)

Salary: ~1700 saudi riyals
